Hydromaxpump.com Return Policy?
HydromaxPump.com has a return policy that is applicable for 30 days from the date of receiving your item. To initiate a return, the items must remain in its original, UNOPENED (security sticker intact), and unused condition, and must be in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. To commence a return, an email should be sent to cs@hydromaxbathmate.com. Once the return is approved, an RA# (Return Authorization) will be provided along with detailed instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back without an RA# cannot be accepted. Upon receipt and inspection of the return, the approval or rejection of the refund will be notified. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to the original payment method. It may take some time for the bank or credit card company to post the refund. Items that come into contact with genital areas (e.g., pumps, power rings, inserts) and personal care goods (e.g., control gel, max out) are non-returnable due to health and safety considerations. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If free shipping was received, the shipping cost would be deducted from the refund. A 20% restocking fee is applicable to all returns. All returns must be accompanied by an RA #. For any inquiries regarding returns, contact can be made at cs@hydromaxbathmate.com.
